Leave the packaging and tags intact, and email our customer care team at info@loomed.com.au with your order details. Our friendly support team will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on bedding that has been slept in or washed. However, if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We only work with suppliers who uphold high standards of ethics and workplace conditions. We’re continually striving to improve, from sourcing sustainable textiles to refining every step of the process, from concept to your bed.

We allow 1-2 working days for orders to be picked, packed and posted. Most orders will be shipped out within the same day or a working day after the order has been placed.

Yes, Loomed offers sheet sets in a range of sizes including Super King, Long Single, Split King, and Split Queen. We also provide extra-deep options — known as Mega King and Mega Queen — designed to fit mattresses with a 50cm deep wall, perfect for extra-thick beds. These sizes are available across select ranges in our sheet set collection.
