Just visit our Secret Sale Rewards page, choose the membership or one-time package that suits you, and complete checkout like a normal purchase. Once your order is confirmed, your entries and discount access will be activated automatically.

Accumulating entries are giveaway entries you earn each week as an active weekly member. The longer you stay subscribed, the more entries you build up — boosting your chances in every draw.For example, if your membership includes 5 entries per week:Week 1 : 5 entriesWeek 2: 10 entriesWeek 3: 15 entriesIf your membership is cancelled or a payment fails, your entry count resets to zero. But don't worry, by instead pausing your membership, all accumulated entries are preserved.

If you’ve purchased a one-time package or have an active weekly membership, you’re automatically entered into the next giveaway. You can check your current entry count anytime by logging into your account dashboard.

Winners are announced during a live draw on our official social media channels. If a live stream isn’t possible, we’ll post the winner on our website and/or socials. We’ll also contact the winner directly by email, SMS, or phone.

You can manage your membership anytime by logging into your account and going to your account dashboard. From there, you can pause, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your weekly plan. If you pause your membership, your accumulating entries will be preserved until you resume. If you cancel or a payment fails, your entries will be reset to zero.

Once you purchase a package or weekly membership, your discount tier is automatically applied to your Loomed account. Just log in and shop as normal. Your exclusive member prices will be visible and automatically applied at checkout.
