These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Secret Sale Rewards Program, operated by STEP ONE PROPERTY HOLDINGS PTY LTD (Trading: The Secret Sale) (ABN 17 630 465 351), and offered through its online store Loomed at loomed.com.au. By purchasing a qualifying membership or one-time package via loomed.com.au/pages/secret-sale-rewards (the “Site”), you gain access to entry into our promotional giveaways and unlock tiered discounts for use across the Loomed store (the “Service”).

By accessing the Site, purchasing a package or membership, or participating in any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any future updates we may make to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.


1. Privacy Policy

By engaging with our platform, including making purchases or entering giveaways, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, with the most current version available on the Site. If you disagree with any part of the policy, please discontinue use of the Service.

 

 

2. The Service

The Secret Sale operates The Secret Sale Rewards program through our brand Loomed. Customers can purchase packages or weekly memberships via loomed.com.au/pages/secret-sale-rewards, which provide:

  • Access to enter into exclusive giveaways, and

  • Tiered discount levels on all products available in the Loomed online store.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at our sole discretion without notice or liability.

 

 

3. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All purchases of membership plans or giveaway packages are final and non-refundable, including those made during promotional events. Refunds will only be offered where required under Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. Minor issues will be addressed within a reasonable time.

 

 

4. User Accounts

To participate in the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accounts must not be shared, and any suspected unauthorised use must be reported to us immediately. Employees or immediate family members of The Secret Sale or Loomed are not eligible to participate in giveaways.

 

 

5. Account Termination

You acknowledge that account access is granted under these Terms and may be revoked at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel your account, remove associated data, and restrict access at any time, without prior notice, especially in the event of a breach.

You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings. Please note that all membership fees are non-refundable, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Participants must not attempt to influence giveaway results or manipulate the Service by contacting partners, employees, or affiliates of The Secret Sale or Loomed.

 

 

11. Giveaway Disclaimers

By participating in our giveaways, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, waive claims for punitive damages, and acknowledge our right to disqualify any user found tampering with the entry process or abusing the system.

We are not responsible for technical errors or unauthorised interference during giveaways.
