Membership Terms and Conditions

STEP ONE PROPERTY HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ABN 17 630 465 351), trading as The Secret Sale, operates The Secret Sale Rewards Program through its online store Loomed (loomed.com.au). By purchasing a weekly membership or one-time package via loomed.com.au/pages/secret-sale-rewards, you agree to these Membership Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

 

 

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a membership or enter any promotional giveaways. Eligibility to enter giveaways is also subject to relevant Australian State and Territory trade promotion laws. Please check our Promotion T&Cs to confirm eligibility in your location.

 

 

2. Membership Types

Weekly Memberships: Weekly memberships are ongoing subscriptions to The Secret Sale Rewards platform. This is billed until canceled by you or terminated by us as per these terms and conditions. We currently offer 3 different weekly membership options to choose from.


One-time Packages: One-time packages last for as long as the package specifies. All giveaway entries are used only once, for the next available draw. Entries expire after the draw. We currently have 5 different one-time package options to choose from.

Accumulating Entries:

  • Weekly memberships earn giveaway entries for each consecutive week the membership remains active. The number of entries earned per week depends on your membership tier.

  • If your membership is cancelled or payment fails, your accumulated entries will be reset to zero.

One-time packages: These include a fixed number of entries that are applied to the next available giveaway draw only. These entries do not accumulate and expire after the draw has taken place.

Visibility: Your current entry balance can be viewed in your account dashboard. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us at info@loomed.com.au.

 

 

3. Giveaways

Giveaways are trade promotions governed by applicable Australian laws. Weekly members accumulate entries weekly; one-time package entries are single-use.

You’ll be entered into all active giveaways if your entry count is above zero. One person may only win once per week, even in multi-prize giveaways.

 

4. Winners

Winners are announced via The Secret Sale and Loomed’s social media channels or website. We will attempt contact via email, SMS, or phone over 14 days. If contact is unsuccessful after 28 days, the prize will be forfeited.

 

 

5. Changes & Cancellation

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your weekly membership at any time via your account or by contacting info@loomed.com.au.

No refunds will be given for unused time. Failed payments may result in cancellation and loss of accumulated entries and discount access.

 

 

6. Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive service-related and promotional emails and SMS messages. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

 

 

7. Conduct & Restrictions

You must not attempt to manipulate giveaway outcomes or abuse the program. Memberships are non-transferable. We may suspend or cancel accounts for policy breaches or inappropriate conduct.

 

 

8. Liability

Our liability is limited as permitted under Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

 

 

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update these terms with notice. Participation in giveaways includes consent to share your first name, initial, and state (e.g. Jane D., VIC) if you win.
